Compensation Process

1. Direct Deposit (Electronic Process)

      As a member of the BurnsSearch organization, whether a W-2 Consultant, 1099, Corp to Corp, or employee, you will be eligible for our direct deposit plan. A completely no-hassle method of compensation. Timesheets are submitted on a given day and deposit is made directly into any account you wish. You will have complete access to your account through a confidential password and login which gains you access anytime, anywhere. Further explanation of timesheet submittal and process is included elsewhere.

2. TimeSheet Process

      You will be provided timesheets during orientation and may access them through our web site at any time you require additional copies. The timesheets contain 2- week periods and should be completed clearly, thoroughly and must be signed by consultant and client representative. No exceptions: payment cannot be made without a properly executed timesheet submitted at the proper time. You will be provided a calendar of “pay dates” and timesheets are to be provided to our payroll department no later than Monday of payroll week, for payment the following Friday. No one likes to have problems with paychecks and we urge all consultants to pay attention to the process, procedures and dates involved, so that all our consultants and employees will be happy on pay day. However, please contact our office with any issues regarding paychecks and these will be handled expeditiously.

Benefit Program

We are in the process of developing a benefits program for our contract employees, but do not currently offer benefits. In the meantime, we do have information available to assist you in finding a discount plan or individual plan to cover your medical needs.

401K Pension Plan

We are in the process of developing a 401K plan for our consultants and employees that will allow for pretax compensation to be placed in a tax deferred pension plan. More information will be available on this plan at a later date.

Referral Program

We have in place a Referral Bonus Plan which compensates any consultant or employee who refers viable candidates that are placed with one of our clients. The amount of the bonus is dependent upon the experience level as well as the type of employment (contract or permanent). The timing of payment will depend upon the guarantee period agreed upon with the client.
